Stabilization of Dredged Materials Using Cement and a Pozzolanic Binder Mineral Additive

In this study, it was aimed to stabilize the dredged materials with low bearing capacity, brought from Edirne, by using cement and pozzolanic binder mineral additives. first stage of geotechnical properties dredging were determined. Then, optimum water contents maximum dry unit weight values soil samples without additives different additive ratios found compaction tests. Pure unconfined compressive prepared obtained in Samples adding 8%, 10% 12% 2% materials. Unconfined tests performed on at end instant, 1-day, 7-day 28-day curing periods. addition, soaked CBR, permeability flexural cement+pozzolanic added samples. As a result experiments, addition ratio materials, decreased, strength, CBR strength increased significantly.
